Sydney Gals Winter Meet!

Sydney Gyaru Winter Meet - Photobooths & Karoke!

It's the post you've all been waiting for...
Finally another gal meet!

Last Saturday, I had the absolute best time, finally seeing the sydney gyarus again, and meeting a few new faces!
The second last day of my two week only winter break, it was my highlight! And I was looking forward to it the whole time.
I really loved my outfit, I made the blazer (from drafting the pattern to adding the buttonholes) over two days, to match a skirt I had made last year for the twice concert. I also wore the black bodice with the heart buttons that I wore when I met up with Sofia earlier in the holidays.
The shoes were borrowed from my mother, and the hairbows I made a while ago too, but I feel that this outfit is a testament to my development of my gyaru style, from my literal first go at it, to a gradually refining look!

I've definitely found my feet more in the style now, and its meets like the one on Saturday that truly bring out the best in us, so let me tell you all about it!

A Rainy Day Out In the City With Sofia

Happy Thursday cutie gals! I'm halfway through the first week of the holidays, and I've simply had such a wonderful and restful time! I've been doing a lot of sewing, but on Tuesday, I had the pleasure of going out with one of my friends from school, Sofia!

Easy & Sweet Button Hairbow tutorial

Easy & Sweet Button Hairbow tutorial

Hello hello cutie gals!
It's getting close to the end of term now, and I have a little more time on my hands now yippee yippee yay~
Today I'll show you how to make this super sweet hairbow. You might be able to tell, but I made it out of the scraps left over from my Himekaji Bolero Tutorial, so it's a nice way to make an outift coordinate better as well as use up the last bits of fabric that are too large to throw away but too small to use on a new project.
